Subprocessors

Overview
Nuxari uses subprocessors to provide hosting, infrastructure, authentication, analytics, support, communications, and operational services. All subprocessors are contractually required to implement appropriate data protection measures consistent with Nuxari's obligations under its Data Processing Agreement.
Status notice
The following list represents categories of subprocessors Nuxari may engage. A confirmed vendor list is pending final legal and operational review. Specific vendor names will be published once formally confirmed.

Changes
Nuxari will provide advance notice of material changes to subprocessors through the platform or via email to the primary contact on the Customer's account. Customers may object to new subprocessors in accordance with the terms of the applicable Data Processing Agreement.
