Nuxari, Inc. ("Nuxari,""we,""us," or"our") operates nuxari.com and the Nuxari platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle information when you visit our website, submit a form, or interact with our services.

We take a minimal-data approach. We collect what is necessary to operate the platform and respond to inquiries. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly

When you submit a contact or demo request form, we collect your name, work email address, company name, job title or inquiry type, and any message content you include. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to send you a receipt confirming we received your submission.

Usage and technical data

We collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used for security monitoring and platform reliability. We do not use it to build individual behavioral profiles.

Platform customer data

If your organization subscribes to the Nuxari platform, data processed through the platform (identity records, audit events, workflow runs) is governed by your organization's data processing agreement with Nuxari, not this Privacy Policy. Nuxari processes that data as a processor on behalf of your organization.

  • ·Send you a receipt confirming your submission was received
  • ·Operate and improve the nuxari.com website
  • ·Monitor for security threats and abuse

We do not use your information to send unsolicited marketing emails. If you receive a response from us, it is because you initiated contact.

Information sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • ·Service providers who process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it (for example, our transactional email provider)
  • ·Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by applicable law or valid legal process
  • ·Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, under appropriate confidentiality protections

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes, not exceeding 24 months. You may request deletion of your submission at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Server log data is retained for up to 90 days for security and operational purposes.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest, including TLS encryption for all web traffic and access controls limiting who can access collected data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • ·Access, request a copy of the information we hold about you

  • ·Portability, request your information in a structured, machine-readable format
  • ·Objection, object to processing based on legitimate interests
