This evidence package gathers the full output of a completed offboarding event and structures it into a single sealed artifact. It compiles access revocation logs for each system, the approval records that authorized the offboarding, execution timestamps, the final access state snapshot, license releases, and device deregistration records. The result is a self-contained record auditors can verify.
When to use it
Use this template after an offboarding completes and you need a single, verifiable record of everything that was removed and when. It is especially valuable for demonstrating leaver controls during SOC 2, ISO 27001, and similar audits.

Safety and approval model
Templates install as Draft / Disabled by default. No actions run until you explicitly enable the template after reviewing the configuration.
This template installs in Draft state and performs no modifications — it only reads completed offboarding records and assembles them. No access is changed and no approvals are required to generate the package. The package is read-only and sealed once generated, so the evidence cannot be altered afterward.
