This evidence package gathers the complete record of a finished remediation and structures it into a single sealed artifact. It compiles the original finding that triggered the remediation, the approval chain that authorized it, the actions taken, the validation results confirming the issue was resolved, and the closure timestamp. The result is a self-contained, verifiable record.
When to use it
Use this template after a remediation completes when you need a verifiable record linking the finding to the action and its validated outcome. It is especially valuable for demonstrating that findings are not just identified but resolved with evidence.

Safety and approval model
Templates install as Draft / Disabled by default. No actions run until you explicitly enable the template after reviewing the configuration.
This template installs in Draft state and performs no modifications — it only reads completed remediation records and assembles them. No access is changed and no approvals are required to generate the package. The package is read-only and sealed once generated, so the evidence cannot be altered afterward.
